Owner Ruben Luster and his family, originally from Staten Island, New York, wanted to ditch the snow for sunshine and moved to the Myrtle Beach area in 2006, where they had spent many summers vacationing. That December, they bought The Bagel Factory. The Bagel Factory prides itself on having fresh bagels daily. They also make several specialty cream cheeses in house to compliment the delicious bagels. Omelets, pancakes, French toast, wraps, sandwiches, paninis, burgers, quesadillas, salads, soups, and desserts round out the rest of the menu.
